Andy was great. He was easy to communicate with and communicated clearly and promptly. He did a great job in fitting my quooker tap, even given the complexity of the kitchen structure. He also did a great job at fixing the shower head to the wall, replacing the shower screen seal, and reconnecting the washing machine. I would hire him again.

We engaged TSLV for a total renovation of our main bathroom. This included changing it from a bath to a walk-in shower, new tiling throughout, switching from power shower to high pressure concealed shower, new lights and mirror cabinets and installation of a new douche kit. Our bathroom has been totally transformed and just looks amazing. We cannot fault the quality of workmanship from TSLV. They also showed a lot of flexibility in dealing with our supplier constraints and changing requirements. They have been an absolute joy to work with. Highly recommended!!

We bought our first flat and hired Jim to refurbish our 20 year old bathroom that was looking very dated. He and his team did such a fantastic job! When he came to give us a quote, I mentioned other bits and bobs I wanted to update on the flat, and he quoted everything separate so we could prioritise, but we ended up doing it all. Not only they were super accommodating with our schedule (as we had to install new floor that impacted the order of the service they were doing), but also were spot on selecting very nice materials and recommending best way to fulfil our vision. Our bathroom is so beautiful we still can't believe it's ours! And our flat is looking amazing with new lights, new radiators, fresh paint, plus a solution for our patio that made it perfect. During the work they were super tidy and careful. I can't recommend enough! Trustworthy and professional!

We're very happy with the work Jim did for us in retiling and refitting the shower in our guest room which had been botched by the builders and was leaking. Jim conducted the initial survey quickly and talked us through all aspects of the job and what he planned to do, and he kept us informed of progress throughout. He also ended up replacing a leaking shower valve which we hadn't originally planned for, but this did not impact the timescales or the price of the job. His attention to detail is superb and we are over the moon with the end result. We would not hesitate to recommend Jim and are planning on having him back to do some further work for us. Highly recommend!

Ali is amazing. His work is excellent. He is a carpenter and he does everything. Ali removed doors and framed and replaced with new fire doors. Handles and locks. He used those all in one privacy locks that are built into the handle for bathroom. He also bonded and filled the walls.he installed our composite decking on an aluminium frame. He has so much knowledge. He also has a team that of painters and plasterers. He will be making a built in cupboard under the stair and in the bedroom. He will also do a line of outdoor patio tiles that will be set after the decking so grass does not grow up the decking. He is so polite. Respectful. A very nice family man. He did what he said and more. He turned up on time. No delays. No problems. FANTASTIC.

He also involved us in all aspects of the job i.e. which way the tiles should be laid and gave us suggestions on how things could be made differently to save money and time.
