Communication throughout from initial contact about the job to completion has been fantastic. Always keeping us updated of arrival times, daily progress updates and next steps as well as any snags they came across to ensure we were fully aware and involved in the process if there were any changes required or anything they needed from us. Craig and Dale have worked tirelessly over the last 2.5 weeks to complete this job. They have left the house clean and tidy and have been professional throughout with a high standard of work. We are incredibly happy with the finished rooms and would absolutely hire again for any other plumbing work we are undertaking.
