Carpenter showed-up on time both days and finished the work ahead of schedule. Nice people and dedicated carpenters. Before living, they cleaned-up all the area and left everything tidy. I would recommend Toptan Tota and would hire them again.

Came and looked at the job and quoted £350 to fit the hob and change taps to a mixer tap. Booked in to do the job. He arrived 2 hours later than organised to do the job and then realised he couldn't do the pipework for the hob, due to not being able to move the worktop. Said it could possibly break if he moved it. Fitted the mixer taps, but had to be asked to match the hot and cold with the symbols on the taps, so that took a little while longer. Charged 30 quid more than originally quoted to fit the mixer tap.

He gave me piece of mind for something that had caused me extreme distress. He explains things to you and gives you advice (great for someone who knows nothing).He is honest and knows his trade well. RAB Quality Building ltd converted our 3 bed semi-detach house into a 4 spacious studio apartment. They were punctual and stuck to the time-frame given. They were clean and tidy, ensuing to clear the site of any mess. They were hard working and the quality of their work is excellent. They used high quality materials non of the cheap stuff but yet didn't charge the earth, they gave me a reasonable quote. I would definitely recommend these guys, they did a fantastic job for me.

WARNING DO NOT HIRE We have recently redone our whole flat and We asker Zachary to box in some pipe work, lay laminate floor, install skirtking boards and radiator cover and then paint wood work which ended up costing £2700 even though th quote was for much less we think he did this to get the job over the other quotes we received The standard of work was absolutely shocking and sadly we were away whilst he finishers and he pushed us into paying before we could see it claiming he needed it desperately (I know rookie mistake on our part) He claimed he sanded down the wood work but everything was rough to the touch and had old paint chips coming through. after hiring another tradman to Put it right they told me he had not even applied a top coat and had only painted with primer after emailing back and forth for weeks he after first denying our issues promised to come fix the issues however after pestering him for over a month this did not materialise and he didn’t get in contact with us. The laminate flooring is coming away from the walls and some of the joints are not clicked in place properly we are gutted we used him and not somewith more feedback We won’t be making that mistake ever again. The skirting board has huge bits of dried glue coming out on some of the edges honestly I don’t know how he could leave a job like this - some people have no shame! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! We are happy with the work Hekmat has done for us - he has really improved the appearance of our 5 radiators (not 4 as in the initial job request) by thoroughly cleaning and applying 2 coats of paint to their visible external surfaces (front, top, sides, pipes) and also painting walls behind and skirting boards underneath. Hekmat also improved the appearance of the wall above one of the radiators where the wallpaper was coming away. Although Hekmat was willing to disconnect the radiators in order to paint the backs, on reflection we realised it would not be worth doing for the extra cost involved. Overall Hekmat charged £220 for the work including the cost of the radiator paint. Hekmat agreed to come out the morning after the job was posted to assess the work required, and we arranged for him to do the work the following day. He arrived punctually on both days. He discussed and agreed with us what paint to use for the radiators and bought this himself, while he used paint we already had for the walls and skirting. We found Hekmat to be reliable, polite, friendly and understanding of our requirements. On the strength of this work we are now arranging for Hekmat to do more work for us in the coming weeks.
