Two things that immediately stood out were his communication and punctuality. He arrived at the agreed-upon time each day and was ready to get to work right away. This not only demonstrated his professionalism, but also his respect for my time. Throughout the work Chris consistently demonstrated a high level of expertise. His attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship were evident in the finished product. What's more, he took the time to explain any necessary adjustments and provided regular updates on the progress of the work. I was also impressed by how mindful he was of my property. He took steps to minimise the spread of dust and cleaned up as he went along, ensuring the work area was always tidy. This level of consideration and care for my home was truly appreciated. In summary, I would highly recommend Fine Finish to anyone in need of a skilled professional who takes pride in their work. Mixed experience. The ensuite I am pleased with overall. I was quoted for two spotlights to be fitted. They only fitted one but said they could come back if too dim. The electrician returned to fit a brighter light and a couple of days later he messaged me to say that Reliant Plumbing would not cover the cost. I paid the remainder, even though in the quote two spotlights were included. The hippo bag was not collected after a couple of weeks. I called hippo to enquire and no booking had been made. After chasing this up with Reliant Plumbing they said it had been paid for. Four days later I had not heard back so went back to check and the collection had been booked. It was good that they had booked it but I felt as though I had to keep chasing things up. The cistern was not secured to the wall as I had expected it would be. I followed up to ask why and got no response. Overall I am pleased with the ensuite but just a few things let the process down.

Latest review:Bathroom Fitting-Lee was very professional and the work was carried out to a good standard. His team were great until right at the very end, when one of them was extremely rude for no reason - unprovoked. Left a sour ending to what had been a good experience so far. I'd like to say that this doesn't reflect on Lee who apologised for his team member's rude behaviour. Good thing is Lee provides a 5 year warranty on his company's work, which is great and they've resolved historical issues which were complex and needed a lot of correcting. Overall Good.

Latest review:Bathroom Fitting-Alex did a fantastic job fitting our new bathroom and replacing and moving some old radiators. He was alway on time, reliable, quick to communicate with us and a pleasure to have around. The team that worked with him on aspects of the project were also great. We are so pleased he is coming back to replace our old kitchen in the summer.
