Overall we are happy with the work that has been done, however the whole experience has been soured by the fact that I am still chasing to have the new hot water cylinder properly commissioned almost 2 years after installation meaning I cannot have it serviced and won't be able to claim on the warranty if things go wrong. My home insurance will also not pay out on any damage that may be caused. The other issue is that the two consumer units that were installed have not been labelled so I have no idea which breaker does what, this is a safety concern. My many attempts to contact Mandeep about this have been fruitless, I'm just being ignored.

Owen applied for planning permission on our behalf to replace PVC windows and doors with timber box sash double glazed alternatives in a Conservation Area under Camden Council. He demonstrated an excellent understanding of the process and requirements, and he was generous with his time and architectural expertise.
