Re-design internal layout of my 1960 home, incorporating removal of structural walls and formation of new layout including a new bathroom and new toilet on ground floor. During the works other alterations were added and new plans and approvals obtained. Michael has an easy going nature and accommodated all my requirements n wishes in the new layout gaining swift approval through building control and maintained a good relationship with the inspectors . Our bill was very reasonable and works were performed quickly and in great detail. I would definitely recommend him to anyone requiring drawings .Latest review:
