I dealt with architects and property owners (houses / flats and businesses ) who submitted Building Warrant applications. I can act as your agent to obtain both planning permission and building warrants for alterations eg install French doors, remove load bearing walls , attic / garage conversions , single or two storey extensions, I also have the services of structural engineers when required

I began my career as a timber panel technician, producing the technical drawings being sent to the warehouse for production. From then on I went into a residential development architecture practice where I worked for two years, mainly focusing on Building Warrant and technical detail drawings to assist our clients and on site teams. I am currently self employed and work within the private residential sector, producing plans, elevations and sections for Interior Design Projects. I am based in Glasgow but willing to travel around the Central Belt for other job opportunities. I am fluent in English and Bulgarian and pride myself on my clear and effective communication skills and problem resolution. I thoroughly enjoy the work I do and being able to assist clients in their technical needs as I am fully efficient in AutoCAD.
