Extremely Disappointed – A Complete Waste of Time I’m very disappointed and frustrated with the service I received. I first reached out over two months ago to get architect drawings. He came out to do the initial quote, then took weeks to come back again to take measurements. From the start, communication has been terrible — I constantly had to chase for updates, chase to find out when he was coming, and chase again when plans changed. He said he needed to return to do a structural survey, promised to come the following week, then made an excuse that the structural engineer was ill. Again, no updates unless I phoned and chased. He eventually said he would send the drawings last weekend, but nothing arrived. After more messages with no response, I was finally told to “it’s best I find someone else” — and he still hasn’t sent the drawings. This has been a huge waste of time and has pushed my project back significantly. Completely unprofessional and I would not recommend.
