Not Impressed and felt very let down! Everything started ok, with the drawings being submitted and his fee being slightly reduced if I paid cash but once we were informed that the application was going to be recommended for refusal, a few emails were forwarded from David but he became impossible to contact, so after two weeks of trying I was left to deal with the planning officer myself, which did not go well.

After being left disappointed from another architect, Northedge stepped in at short notice and completed our drawings which were shortly after approved by the local council.
