From the initial meeting to date, Syed has been absolutely fantastic and a consummate professional throughout our interaction. Very clear communication on options and choices. A good listener who filled us with confidence. During the design phase, we made a number of changes and Syed remained engaged, offering a number of solutions. This was key to building trust. We ordered a sizeable kitchen and the build quality was way better than a well known retail brand. Syed was onsite to oversee the delivery, check all the items and instruct the fitters accordingly. Brilliant service! Syed has been very accessible, answering the phone or calling back very soon after. So impressed that we commissioned Syed to carry out some additional work in the house. Don’t use this company one year later £2800 down and all we got was a fancy picture. He submitted a pre application of a building that would have never received planning in the area. When originally booked he promised price would include any changes, adjustments or appeals. When we asked to have the plans changed to what we wanted he asked for another £300 we were not happy but went ahead, one week later he sent us another fancy picture of what we didn’t want and would be refused by the council and when we complained he now just ignores us.he also asked to leave a review before he done this which I did because I trusted him luckily my builder removed it and I can warn others of this scammer
