The vast majority of that time has been designing residential projects, from small single storey extensions to larger new build properties. I have also designed small housing estates and been on the technical team for larger projects. I am available for your needs within the Kent/East Sussex areas. My skills are both with planning and building control packages. I tend to veer away from the pretty 3d rendered images as they tend to be both expensive and do not tell the complete picture of a design. I am not a structural engineer and I can't give professional advice as such. I think that's a truthful picture of myself.
