I appointed Adam from James Building design to help me come up with a solution to increase the living space and add an extra bedroom at my new bungalow. After discussing a few options we decided that building an extension was the best option and he came up with a plan to reconfigure the layout of the existing building to incorporate an extra bedroom. The process has been fairly straightforward, and has been worthwhile as he had some ideas which I hadn’t previously considered. Adam has now submitted the planning application on my behalf and so the waiting begins! Thank you for your help with everything.
