Mark & Shaun have done a wonderful job in modernising my second bathroom. I do not drive and Mark personally took me to the appropriate shops to buy the wallboards and the bathroom suite. The job was done on time and on budget and done to a very high standard and Mark & Shaun tidied up afterwards. Excellent from start to finish (almost). I say almost because there is a job they couldn't quite complete due to a roof leak 🙈. They are coming back to do the remaining job when the roof is repaired. John's a very nice decent man who won't add work to make money and can do almost anything (except roofing 😂). The people he brings to work with him are also knowledgeable and lovely. A few ugly extras reared their head during the process (extra damp) and it was dealt with by them without stressing me out. I have recommended them to my sister and I will have then back when I move later in the year. I cannot praise Rori and the team enough. Tidy, considerate, great workmanship and they call to say when something isn't working and this is how I want to fix it. I was so impressed that I also added loads of extra jobs as we went along and they are priced competitively. We had a goal of being ready for the end of March and the finished the job mid Feb....
