I needed architectural drawings for my project. Mark stated that he could get them done for me within a week or so, and delivered on his promise. He visited the site to meet myself and the builder, so he could understand the building, then guided us through what we needed to do for compliance. He then produced an impressive set of drawings. I chose Mark because of his experience with holiday lodges, and because of the afore mentioned prompt service delivery which I needed. Elliot drew up some plans to conceptualise how we could potentially build a front extension, and then reorganise the internals of our house to make the most of the space and light. It was an excellent experience, Elliot visited at home, asked lots of questions about our requirements and priorities, took all our ideas on board, and then produced several excellent alternative plans. It allowed us to realise the extension proposed what not quite generate the space we required, and allowed us to revaluate the project, ultimately deciding it was not an avenue to continue downLatest review:

All my work has been approved by the authorities (planning or building control) and whenever there is a problem I work alongside the client and planners until it is solved and everyone is happy with the results. I offer all services in relation to the design from concept to supervising the construction work. This will include: 1-Building the 3D modelling of the property (this will help you to visualise the design/ internal spaces). 2-Design options for you to decide from. 3- Preparing the final drawings and documents. I'm a small practice and I don't overload myself with several projects simultaneously so I can focus on the design properly. There are many free CAD packages out there, but most of them provide an out of scale image which is hard to use as it is inaccurate. The software we use will provide accurate drawings, with as much information / detail required to accurately show any craftsperson. The accurate 3D visual will allow you to review you dream and the chance for you to modify it, as required, before you commit to any works. There are many small businesses with very skilled craftspeople out there, but sometimes they need a drawing to understand the bespoke project detail. Many large companies providing bespoke joinery services will include a survey and drawing but they are often very expensive. By using our services with your chosen craftsperson, you can get the results you want at much less cost.

Also with planning, building regulations, structural design, party walls etc. + help with builders - to get your project under way.
We asked Richard to prepare the building regs for our house extension and garage. He suggested some design alterations that very useful i.e. alter the internal garage stairs position and suggestions to alter the design/levels etc. which would make the house more attractive to sell which we agreed were actual real improvement for use also.
