Many large companies providing bespoke joinery services will include a survey and drawing but they are often very expensive. Latest review:We asked Richard to prepare the building regs for our house extension and garage. He suggested some design alterations that very useful i.e. alter the internal garage stairs position and suggestions to alter the design/levels etc. which would make the house more attractive to sell which we agreed were actual real improvement for use also. He prepared the building regs, submitted them and ensured they were processed and passed which we are now pleased with the results of our extension.

Latest review:Architecture-Kevin was more than happy to answer all our questions and guide us through as he created the building control drawings for our self build house. We are building using ICF which is a more modern method of construction and Kevin researched everything, liaising with suppliers. He is a really nice guy and done a fantastic job, we would definitely recommend.
