It was a very difficult site with 11 party wall issues, a dangerous structure fronting a public highway. The whole process was dealt with very professionally and successfully. Facundo was the person we dealt with at all times, although someone else was assigned to do the job. The quality of the work and finish is extremely good. Kin and Liza have completed new plans for a second planning permission. They are creative with plenty of new, modern ideas; from the start of the project they have suggested a number of options, they liaised with the council and kept me updated every step of the project. Their approach is professional but friendly at the same time. They have a good knowledge of how planning permissions are granted and they always tried to find a compromise between what the clients would ask for and what the council will approve. I personally found it very easy to work with them and I would highly recommend them for any architectural project.
