The brief we gave was to get change of use on the site and planning for as many units as possible. It was a very difficult site with 11 party wall issues, a dangerous structure fronting a public highway. The whole process was dealt with very professionally and successfully. Did the drawings and looked after submitting for planning permission. We’re having a large dormer added to our bungalow to add a second floor. Dom had some great ideas and we’re really happy with the plans he’s drawn up. He looked after all the dealings with the council, which made things very easy for us. Very friendly & professional and clearly takes pride in his work. The drawings were done within a few days of his site visit and all at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend Dom to anyone.
