Veronique was very easy to deal with; she was responsive to all communication; she did extensive research where it was needed; she proposed even more layout options than we required; she submitted all drawings on time, to the schedule and to the brief. I will be more than happy to use her services in the future.

Armo was prompt and efficient and excellent service, initially I was a bit apprehensive due to the fact he had no reviews, but I had nothing to fear. I was very pleased with the work he had carried out for me, from start to finish 100% I was overally satisfied. His attention to detail in the work and drawings where very good. We hired Johan for the project of 2 bed flat remodeling to increase living space. Johan quickly helped us gaining the planning permission for the loft conversion within conservation area. He has excellent knowledge in architectural design and building regulations. He is very creative and full of ideas but as well as good at listening and respect our views. Johan is very strong in technical drawings and has good connections with structural engineers, builders and he project manages everything extremely well. Throughout the project he's always been very responsive and reliable. He explained things to us, answered all the questions and has always been professional and honest. We would recommend Johan to anyone who needs a good architect!

Finally completed our extension after much back and forth. Freedom were good at revising plans and helping us along on our journey. There were a couple of errors in the original measurements which we didn't pick up until shovels went into the ground, but in fairness, they were quick to remediate. They updated them and got the structural engineers to recalculate promptly. Overall, good value and we felt they showed partnership & commitment considering the time it took from planning to completion.

Overall we are happy with the work that has been done, however the whole experience has been soured by the fact that I am still chasing to have the new hot water cylinder properly commissioned almost 2 years after installation meaning I cannot have it serviced and won't be able to claim on the warranty if things go wrong. My home insurance will also not pay out on any damage that may be caused. The other issue is that the two consumer units that were installed have not been labelled so I have no idea which breaker does what, this is a safety concern. My many attempts to contact Mandeep about this have been fruitless, I'm just being ignored.

Sohail worked closely with me on this project. Providing detailed costings, work schedules and build timelines. Filling my knowledge gaps with his extensive experience he was able to assist over and beyond what I expected from him. Unfortunately due to circumstances out of my control this development project didn’t go ahead. However when the next opportunity for a new build comes up I will definitely be using Rose and Stone. I did have another job going at the time where the other builder badly let me down and left me with a big problem on my hands…. Sohail and his team stepped in and took on the project. The team finished the job exceptionally well, which was a full on top to bottom conversion, some internal reconfigurations and with the addition of a loft and new downstairs WC. The workmanship and overall quality of the job was excellent. My wife is over the moon with the results, taking the house from a three bed one bathroom to a four bed 3 bathroom house. We would definitely recommend Rose and Stone for this type of extensive refurbishment/loft conversion work and look forward to working with them in the future on bigger development projects.

Speechless with the end result. We are delighted with our new home as we started the process with no ideas of what design would work for this new build rear extension and single side storey extension but with design discussions and workshop after many cup of teas and watching a few rugby games !! finally got the design that allow for a planning application to be approved. when our family and friends visit they are speechless with the quality of the finishes and design of our new home .ie (glass roof and oak beams) . This was great team work by the Englishaus Architects and the Building Contractor in delivering our new home . I would have no issue using Englishaus Architects Ltd for any projects in the future .
