Lee is professional and friendly, he is happy to listen to exactly what you want and will advise you of what can legally be done under your requirements. He doesn’t rip you off with his prices and isn’t pushy which I can’t say the same about certain other architects! He is very efficient in the timescale of producing and providing you with your excellently comprised plans. He handles all of the dealings with whichever council you maybe using to apply for planning permission and keeping you informed. Over all I am extremely pleased I came across INVENT architecture & design I couldn’t have asked for a better firm or person than Lee to help me with my design plans or planning application for my extension. Work was done well and any issues that were raised that could not of been foreseen was always dealt with quickly. Friendly and could trust as I often left him alone in my house while I went to work and always kept me up to date with progress. Even helped me with small things that would look better that wasn’t even in the plan! :-) would use again when I come to do other work on the house.

Stewart has been very patient with us. We asked for plans for a single story extension, which changed a couple of times. He was practicle and helped us to see that one way would be better than another. When changes to the plans needed to be made he was quick and efficent. A very reliable man.
