As has happened with others, he has taken several hundred pounds from us to amend a building warrant. I hired Derek to submit plans for a building warrant for French doors and steps. Derek responded quickly and submitted the plans to building control for me within a week. He was thorough professional and very polite. Have not heard from council yet so fingers crossed it will all go through smoothly. Darren did a sterling job getting plans drawn up for retrospective building warrant for a wall having been removed in my house. The previous builder hadn't done what he said he would and Darren was happy to take the job on. He kept me informed of the progress and I was very happy with his professionalism. Both were approved with no issues - Affect Studio are clearly experienced in dealing with the planning authority and building standards team.
