Dan is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dan designed a ground floor extension for us starting back in 2022. He was very approachable meeting both in person and online to discuss our needs. He was very patient with 2 building novices, explaining what was (and was not) possible. From the start Dan was clear on what his costs would be and delivered in all in a timely fashion. Part way through we decided we wanted to add a porch, which was no problem for Dan who produced plans and rendered drawings that allowed us to better visualise the look. Once we have decided on the design Dan produced the detailed drawings, helping to submit planning permission and offering suggestions for structural Engineers and building Inspectors. Even once the building work had started Dan was still engaged and happy to discuss the project with builder. Dan made the process easy and would fully recommend him.

Jonathan did a great job for us and we were very pleased with all aspects of his work. He is friendly and easy to talk to, which aids the design process. Jonathan gave us all the time we needed and came back to see us to talk about the initial plans and make some amendments. Jonathan was knowledgeable about the practical considerations of the build process and was able to advise about what was possible based on his previous experience. The plans were ready within the agreed timescales; the plans were subsequently submitted and approved for planning permission. Joanthan managed the application process and updates to the plans for conditions. We would definitely recommend him.
