I chose Simon because of the positive reviews, all well deserved I might add, and I'm more than happy to be adding to them, and of course the price. He went through the job and educated me on a few things. He's definitely a grafter(weather permitting of course) did a fantastic job of repointing the side of my house and came back later to weather seal and tidied up a bit of rendering for me, which I appreciate. Johnny was quick to respond and attend to quote, and then pulled the job in around his other commitments. He cracked on and got it done over 2 days (repointing a section of exterior wall and replacing a number of decayed bricks within it). The end result is brilliant and I will definitely be contacting him in future when the next job crops up (house renovation). He's easy to get on with and didn't (appear to!) mind me watching to learn for myself. I would not hesitate to recommend him
