Kin and Liza have completed new plans for a second planning permission. They are creative with plenty of new, modern ideas; from the start of the project they have suggested a number of options, they liaised with the council and kept me updated every step of the project. Their approach is professional but friendly at the same time. They have a good knowledge of how planning permissions are granted and they always tried to find a compromise between what the clients would ask for and what the council will approve. I personally found it very easy to work with them and I would highly recommend them for any architectural project.

We hired Johan for the project of 2 bed flat remodeling to increase living space. Johan quickly helped us gaining the planning permission for the loft conversion within conservation area. He has excellent knowledge in architectural design and building regulations. He is very creative and full of ideas but as well as good at listening and respect our views. Johan is very strong in technical drawings and has good connections with structural engineers, builders and he project manages everything extremely well. Throughout the project he's always been very responsive and reliable. He explained things to us, answered all the questions and has always been professional and honest. We would recommend Johan to anyone who needs a good architect!
