I am an experienced CAD Draftsman. I specialise in 2D architectural drawings/designs/detail, Plans, Sections and Elevations and some 3D. I help clients and contractors visualise their designs and I assist in getting building works approved via local council. I mostly do domestic/private builds but have done some commercial works for Interiors, such as for gyms and restaurant/venue layouts. However my work predominately revolves around, loft conversions, extension.
