Finally completed our extension after much back and forth. Freedom were good at revising plans and helping us along on our journey. There were a couple of errors in the original measurements which we didn't pick up until shovels went into the ground, but in fairness, they were quick to remediate. They updated them and got the structural engineers to recalculate promptly. Overall, good value and we felt they showed partnership & commitment considering the time it took from planning to completion.

We hired Johan for the project of 2 bed flat remodeling to increase living space. Johan quickly helped us gaining the planning permission for the loft conversion within conservation area. He has excellent knowledge in architectural design and building regulations. He is very creative and full of ideas but as well as good at listening and respect our views. Johan is very strong in technical drawings and has good connections with structural engineers, builders and he project manages everything extremely well. Throughout the project he's always been very responsive and reliable. He explained things to us, answered all the questions and has always been professional and honest. We would recommend Johan to anyone who needs a good architect!

Armo was prompt and efficient and excellent service, initially I was a bit apprehensive due to the fact he had no reviews, but I had nothing to fear. I was very pleased with the work he had carried out for me, from start to finish 100% I was overally satisfied. His attention to detail in the work and drawings where very good. Amol is a really nice guy. The brief I gave him was pretty specific so we didn't get the chance to see much in the way of his design flair but the drawings were all of excellent quality. After an initial issue with applying for the wrong type of planning permission Amol more than redeemed himself by talking the planners around after they initially turned down my application. Aftercare has also been excellent...we needed to contact him again after a year to get some structural calculations which he supplied quickly and without fuss.

The service received from Sundeep and DCE global was above what I had expected. Sundeep attended my property late on a Sunday evening at short notice on bank holiday weekend to complete structural survey. A fast turnaround also for receiving the report via e-mail. To note- payment was expected up front- a point I was cautious about with no jobs completed- however I have received the service I had expected along with a basic report on the suitability of structural change I had planned- perhaps this could have been a bit better by being sent as a PDF on headed paper, however it should suffice for the purpose I required it for- along with the fact I have never had this type of work done- so this may be standard practice.
