You NEED Housi on your project, they took the stress out of our renovation!! We would highly recommend! We got in touch with Housi to help with ideas to renovate a new property I was buying. Holly from Housi helped us with architectural and industry advise throughout the process even before starting full design services which helped me understand my budget more and where items from the survey and my design ideas could overlap. As I was trying to limit costs, Housi helped develop a phased approach to the works as well as assessing options to have a self contained rental unit to bring in income to pay for the final works later. Overall, Holly helped us find minimal abortive works whilst trying to maximise value and functionality. As well as design strategy, she helped us submit a licence to alter application as we found out the house was under a covenant agreement, and managed the project through tender also - meeting with builders and getting quotes. Most importantly, she was able to advise us where builders may be overcharging so we could assess the right builders for us. Working with Housi really made a difference to our project by helping us understand the different stages of a renovation. Holly offered so much more advice and reassurance than any previous professionals we had worked with on our last house and even helped us source re-claimed steel as we wanted to be as circular as possible.

We enlisted the help of Kate from Loud Architects for a bathroom and bedroom renovation in our East London Grade II listed terraced house. We found Kate on MyBuilder.com where we were immediately drawn by her ability to quickly understand our requirements, flexibility to meet with us after work and at our home, and finally how she was able to translate our vision and multiple pinterest boards into achievable building plans. She is a top notch architect but also has fantastic design sense and creativity. Kate is incredibly organized, puts together comprehensive meeting presentations and notes, design updates, precedents, and 'to do lists' for our own research/sourcing needs. She's taken our initial idea of a en-suite and family bath conversion into a bathroom oasis that is beyond our initial imagination. From looking at our saved pinterest items, instagram posts, and houzz boards, she was able to put together a design incredibly in line with our tastes. Her attention to detail blows us away! We would absolutely recommend Kate and Loud Architects for any architectural and design needs. Once we've saved enough we will be using her for our next kitchen renovation project!

Mark gave us some really sound, in depth advice about the sort of ballpark costs we would be looking at, and the sort of duration we'd expect for our proposed build. He had some fantastic ideas to take us beyond what we'd originally had in mind, and his experience and professionalism shone through in these ideas. In the event, for a number of reasons, we have decided to park our plans for our kitchen remodelling for now, but we look forward to working with Mark in the future. His work speaks for itself...
