Latest review:Architecture-Scam, • We agreed fixed price 5 k for everything & later he refused to come to meetings asking for extra money which he never mention before hand • he promised to do the drawings (he said drawing will finish in 7 days and took a month) • he said in front of 5 witness he will deal with everything and get building control signed off and till now I do not have it • he got paid 50% and now did ccj asking for the other 50% and the job is not finished and no building control certificate

Latest review:Architecture-Felipe Prado of Bushell has a carried out professional drawings for our proposed side extension. They worked very closely with me and managed to get council approval of our plans in a very short time . Further they have also have produced building regulations which I am tendering out to seek suitable builder for my extension. One of their staff Annie was my immediate contact and she showed tremendous patience and professionism in delivering my building plans in time. Latest review:You NEED Housi on your project, they took the stress out of our renovation!! We would highly recommend! We got in touch with Housi to help with ideas to renovate a new property I was buying. Holly from Housi helped us with architectural and industry advise throughout the process even before starting full design services which helped me understand my budget more and where items from the survey and my design ideas could overlap. As I was trying to limit costs, Housi helped develop a phased approach to the works as well as assessing options to have a self contained rental unit to bring in income to pay for the final works later. Overall, Holly helped us find minimal abortive works whilst trying to maximise value and functionality. As well as design strategy, she helped us submit a licence to alter application as we found out the house was under a covenant agreement, and managed the project through tender also - meeting with builders and getting quotes. Most importantly, she was able to advise us where builders may be overcharging so we could assess the right builders for us. Working with Housi really made a difference to our project by helping us understand the different stages of a renovation. Holly offered so much more advice and reassurance than any previous professionals we had worked with on our last house and even helped us source re-claimed steel as we wanted to be as circular as possible.
