Hi all my name is Stephen I've been in this business for over almost 20 years now its all I know and I pride myself in my work we range from installing new windows and doors including bi folds to installing warm roofs on conservatories and also glass balustrades we deal with your normal UPVC to custom and bespoke aluminium.And we also install finger print recognition front doors and smart glass including glass with intergral blinds. Basically there is no job to big or small and nothing we haven't done before we work to a very high standard and to date have had no issues with our workmanship. We are also happy to carry out repair work. We commonly see customers who have had poor experiences in getting new windows and doors etc and have seen a lot of problems in the workmanship on installing these products. I have over 25 years experience in the construction industry in civil and home projects. I worked my way up to become a foreman and manager on quite a few projects with professional and exceptional work. My skills are varied and broad with excellent outcomes I can work in a team or on my own or manage different trades during projects. I have also done a 2 and a half year apprenticeship as a shipwright in A&P Falmouth dock yard to become a master carpenter where I worked for another 6 years. I have experience from laying deep drainage, footings and all aspects of ground works additionally I have also worked as a roofer and first and second fit carpenter. I’ve also managed and been lead foreman on projects up to 30million I’ve worked on both housing and civil sites throughout Great Britain. I’ve worked for a few companies but have always been self employed I’ve been asked to go on the books a lot of times but refuse because of the different rates of pay and benefits. My last employer was siack form Ireland and galford try building a new duel carriage way and bridges in kingkerswell in Devon, where I had to do man management, forecast and progress meetings to the ceos of the company’s I also understand building and drainage plans, always completing my projects on time and excellent results for the customer. I also was in charge of 2 projects in cribs causeway Bristol, my work has always been exemplary I take pride in what I do, I will never say or do anything that I’m not experienced in. I have worked on building sites all over wales and England at the moment I have my street works ticket and motorway tickets in date. So all aspects of these jobs and experiences I have completed and done. I have done all concreting and bricklaying to landscaping. I also have a degree in psychology and criminology which I have taken time out to accomplish so some of my building tickets have expired.
