Mu and his team were great. Mu came round for an initial quote where he was professional and a decent cost vs other options. He and his team were really helpful with picking out items that would work in my bathroom and kitchen, organised deliveries whilst I was working and installed perfectly! They proactively thought about all the little details to make my new bathroom look lovely and went above and beyond to get everything done; it was efficient and really well done. David did an excellent job refurbishing and draught proofing our sash windows. He has so much experience doing this work and knows how to overcome all the small problems that old sash windows throw at him. Definitely recommend, he's very good at explaining what he's going to do and why he's doing it. Apart from that, I've never seen any tradesman as passionate about his job as him, which means his standards are probably higher than any of his clients'.
