The job was completed to am excellent standard. It exceeded my expectations. The property is tenanted and the process was smooth as he got on touch and arranged access with the tenant independently, working around the availability. It was trickier that expected so the price went up a bit from the original quote but it requires two days of work instead of one. He attended the property twice even before doing the work to understand the scope of work (didn't quote blindly over the phone). The job carried out is a full insulation of a built-in cupboard which before creates damp and mould, tenant is very happy with the solution. Comes with a 1year warranty. Extremely polite, reliable and clean.

Recently had window hinges replaced by A&B Builders.The team were very professional and on the day of the job they arrived on time. The work was done to a very high quality with minimum disturbance to us. Once work was completed, they cleaned up any debris and also showed me how to use my new window,which had a new safety lock. I was extremely satisfied with the work and the level of professionalism from the company. The installers worked really hard and were professional throughout. Was very pleased with the work that Dieter Stief did to repair 2 window frames in my Victorian House , and also to restore the wooden front gate which is a unique design, and which had sections where the wood had badly rotted. The gate is now back to its original design and totally solid again, ready to be painted in the Spring. Dieter had to persevere through difficult weather conditions when the filler wouldn't dry because of the damp and the rainfall, but by bringing the gate undercover indoors ,with a bit of warmth, he was able to complete the job and didn't lose heart. I would highly recommend his work and his expertise. I left the house keys safely in his hands when needing to keep routine and random appointments.

Mert has been fantastic from start to finish. He’s punctual and respectful , leaves everything very clean and did a very good job. His pricing was good and even though I was expecting having to replace some windows, it turned out to be the hinges only. The misted double glazing was replaced professionally and the result was even better than expected. I have already recommended him to a friend and won’t hesitate to hire him again if I have window Issues.
