Josh and Team provided building services for the remodeling & extension of my house from July 2017 for 7 months. For this work Josh and team's skills included: blockwork walling with a curved wall and archway, cement rendering & internal skim and parge coating with trims, GRP roofing work including trims & rainwater, internal studwork, structural timber and erecting a steelwork, roof and wall cladding in board and cedar, installing doors and windows, digging out and casting new slabs and footings with rebar, pinning & propping walls and careful demolition, installing below ground drains & manholes and laying pavers. As an architect I am used to working with and instructing builders so I managed the other trades and had separate carpenters/ joiners & M & E trades. I really enjoyed working with JB and team on this project. JB worked to an hourly rate which included their plant and some fixings with both JB and I procuring building materials & organizing the scaffolding & waste & recycling. I found JB and his team to be honest, courteous, good with time and charging, hardworking and they had a positive go-to and hands on attitude even in bad weather. The end product is fantastic so thank you Josh and Team.

We would be happy to recommend Glenn after he did a great job reducing the height of our large bookcase to fit into our new house (an old farmhouse with low ceilings. He is a friendly guy who arrived as planned, very neat and tidy with his work. We are so happy that we have arranged for him to come back to do another couple of jobs.

Today Steven did a first class job of renovating our shower which had been leaking for some time & much decaying timber had to be dealt with. He conducted the job in a very polite & sympathetic manner for which we are very grateful, clearing up after himself. Look forward to seeing him again next week for a couple more jobs.

I'm a double glazing installer with 16 years experience mostly conservatorys. I have worked with a range of products and can also do small build work. Lintels ,lead work,flooring, skirting etc. That I have learned over the years. Fixing leaks in conservatory roofs is a must in this industry and I'd like to think that is a skill I particularly expertise in. I have fitted the smallest conservatory to one's covering swimming pools. Currently concentrating on smaller jobs but am willing to do pretty much all works as long as I feel capable. Please don't hesitate to ask me anything

This was a difficult job, managed from abroad and whilst grappling Covid restrictions. Tim was brilliant. He proposed solutions to the set backs and really went the extra mile to meet deadlines and complete the project to an extremely high standard. He is professional, courteous and an excellent craftsman. From the planning process, where he sent me detailed drawings and took care to make sure I understood the options, to his meticulous finishing in matching the exterior render and painting, I have nothing negative to say. We now have beautifully crafted windows that are entirely sympathetic to the period of the cottage and yet energy efficient to the highest spec. I would not hesitate to recommend Tim's work.

When he had finished, as he had charged us for a whole day, he spent the remainder doing little odd jobs for us.
