I had a great experience with this tradesperson. He was really friendly, turned up exactly when he said he would, and carried out the guttering repair quickly and with no fuss. The work was good value for money and everything was done efficiently. While carrying out the repair, he also identified that some parts would eventually need replacing. He explained this clearly, showed me photos so I could see the issue for myself, and talked through the options without any pressure. The quote he provided for the additional work was fair and reasonable. What really stood out was that he approached the job as if he was working on his own home. He clearly cared about doing the work properly and to a good standard, rather than just doing the quickest fix. His communication and aftercare were excellent, and it was clear he wanted to make sure everything was done properly. Overall, a very professional and reliable service. I would definitely recommend him to others.
