Now thye have declined to start workk and the Directors are going for Voluntary Liquidation after taking away millions. MyBuilder should have vetted the company before putting on their site

Source FM recently helped us fit out a new 8000 sq ft warehouse in Hackney. The project included installing new electricals, installing new fire and security alarms, repairing and repainting a heavily used concrete floor, redecorating, servicing the heating etc. The project had a very tight time frame and Source FM often had to work around members of our team as we started moving in while work was still ongoing. I'm pleased to say, all the work was completed in time and to a very high standard. We've since used Paul and Bill for a number of smaller projects, both at the warehouse and in our offices.

I could not recommend Dale Smith. Whilst he did a reasonable job removing the fitted bedroom furniture, he did not fulfil the brief. He did not make good the walls and ceiling to an acceptable standard. It was less than a days work and I was paying him nearly £800. He fitted all the furniture into his van, ready to take to the tip. When I asked him to return to complete the job, he replied that if I didn’t pay him he would return and leave all the fitted furniture on my door step. I paid him £700 but then had to employ another tradesperson to fill the holes left in the walls and ceiling, so that I could have the room painted.
