we just had GWY joinery fit 2 internal doors and to be honest couldnt have picked a more pleasant,helpful and professional person in George he turned up with leaflets with doors and fittings to view and even went to pick everything up to save us his quote was cheaper than expected and was spot on with his arranged arrival time even texting when he was on his way he did an excellent job from start to finish and is a credit to his trade il have no hesitation reccomending him to friends and will certainly use him fir any other joinery work thanks again GWY JOINERY

Cramlington Builders demolished our existing conservatory and built us a beautiful sun room on the same base. I was delighted with Michael and his team, they were really professional and very switched on. Michael was a great communicator and was ever so reliable. When the glazing turned up to site it was Michael who immediately spotted that the wrong glass had been delivered and that it was not safety glass. We would never have know that and Michael had the glazer return to site to swap the glass. We found the team to be happy in their work and they delivered a really great project for us on-time. The price was the cheapest of the three quotes received and we will definitely use Cramlington Builders again.

Communication was very poor at the start which Chris admitted on his side and apologised for. The installations went fine and my wife was very impressed with the door fitter and fitting. There was one little job that i asked to be done as part of the deal (nothing big, just something thats easier for a professional to do!) and I reminded Chris of this numerous times but now having paid and allowing 2 weeks to pass, I cant imagine it is on their radar. A shame, because the works carried out have been done well, but the initial poor communication and frustration of something that you asked to be done being ‘forgotten’ despite reminders sours the experience a little!

I am very impressed with His and Hers plumbing and joinery, so much so l have asked them to refit a new kitchen for me. They are very professional, very reliable very trustworthy and they do an excellent job. They are multi skilled and every job they have done for me has been done exceptionally well. I cannot praise them enough. Apart from the fantastic work they do, they are helpful and give good, sound advice too. Their prices are very competitive as l was very happy with what they charged me for the total refit of my bathroom and the rebuild of my downstairs loo. I had looked online for the styles l liked and they went that extra mile and got all of the fixtures and fittings etc for me which l appreciated as l am unable to go from one showroom to another for price matches l rate this company very highly and would recommend them to anyone.
