Kyle and Cliff arrived promptly to do a small but awkward job of repointing the chimney. They did an excellent job and were very good value. They are also friendly people who point things out that you will inevitably miss, without the hard sell. They were also tidy and considerate. I would not hesitate to use their services again. In fact, they are quoting for more work !

Responded fast, arrived on time. Changed hinges on window and managed to close window although identified lock mechanism is broken and not fully engaging the bottom bolt. Window is secure but advised me it won’t be easy to replace lock as windows are old type! I am satisfied with this fix (although temporary) because of their speedy response and the quick work to get window closed. I also asked for a quote for their window cleaning service. They seemed interested in doing the job but they never followed up on my request so feel inclined to reduce my rating.
