Joe was professional and wanted to visit to see the issue before quoting. This was appreciated as other quotes were provided without seeing the issue and as such were overpriced for the job at hand. Joe was very busy on a big job but managed to fit the repair of two sash windows in between which was very much appreciated. I would recommend Joe.
