Very professional team changing 9 old doors and door frames. Wayne and his team started by meticulously covering the floors, and sealing everything down. At the end of every day they cleaned and vacuumed up. The work was to a very high standard. The job was not as straightforward as I originally thought, and there was more to think about than I originally had perceived, but the guys were adaptable. They had experience working on historic/ listed buildings (not that my property was listed), but it was evident in the knowledge they had in doing work in a relatively old house such as they were working on here. Great quality work, easy to work with. Very happy I chose Iconic Edge.

Sid was a polite guy. Did a great job at laying the parquet floor. We then had thresholds fitted and he was rushed to get to another job, they were not fixed correctly. I asked several times via phone calls and texts if he could come back and finish the job. He said he would contact me and the call never came. I told him my little boy had cut his foot on the threshold that needed fixing. Nothing. Radio silence. December to date no contact. Steer clear he clearly cannot manage a job and finish it to the end.

Chris did a good job of fitting my new door frames and doors. It’s a project that started in May 2025, however, after a few back & forth’s due to plastering work, we have waited for him to come back and finish off the architrave. Have eventually been advised by him that he has contract work and it might be worth finding someone else. This is after chasing him up on a couple of occasions. Work quality is good. Customer service poor. Even had a text message, which I thought was rude.

I hired Father and Son tean Alan and Ryan and their trades team to help renovate (re plaster, repaint, new bathroom joinery, kitchen tiling, floor tiling and leveling) 3 houses is Headingley. The whole team was very friendly and keep to help. Communication was good throughout, always on hand to help and they had no problem adjusting the work requirements as the job went on (mainly adding requests). They were polite and tidy workers and i would definitely recommend them for and renovation work round you home. Hope to use again next year.
