Joe was professional and wanted to visit to see the issue before quoting. This was appreciated as other quotes were provided without seeing the issue and as such were overpriced for the job at hand. Joe was very busy on a big job but managed to fit the repair of two sash windows in between which was very much appreciated. I would recommend Joe.

I can highly recommend Sapphire Home Improvement SE. Tony came to give me a great quote on the replacement of my porch door, then came and fitted it once it had been agreed with my insurance company. The work carried out was very prompt, of high quality, and everything was left neat and tidy and the old door and frame was disposed of for me. Tony and his team are lovely and friendly and I'm very pleased I hired them for this job. I will look to hire them in the future when I get round to getting my windows replaced.

Mus and his colleague came when promised and gave a competitive quote. Once the glass was ordered they arrived on time but had unfortunately been given the wrong size glass. This was promptly rectified though not on the same day. Once correct glass was available they quickly and professionally installed it and left a tidy work space with minimal fuss. Many thanks!
