Jamie was a very honest and reliable tradesman. The job ended up taking longer than he had anticipated and was a little bit more involved as the roof was not the easiest to lay thr insulation. However, Jamie stuck to his price and he did a magnificent job. The work was carried out to a very very high standard and Jamie knew what was required for building regulations. Nothing was too much trouble and Jamie is such a pleasant person to have around. Jamie turned up on time, when he said he would and communication was excellent before the job started. I would highly recommend Jamie for anyone wanting their loft insulating but he also does many other trades as he showed me photos of his work which looks really good. Finding a good, honest, relaible tradesman is not easy but Jamie definitely is one of those. Also, I received 4 quotes and Jamie's was the best (chespest). I would definitely use Jamie again for other jobs.

Wayne was very quick in contacting me and very prompt in coming out and pricing up the job but unfortunately things went down hill from there. If you try to contact him he doesn't answer his phone and if you’re lucky any communication you do get is done via text message. He's messed me about for 6 weeks despite me asking him if he still wanted the job as it was urgent due to water getting into a plug socket from the leaking roof. Again by text he said he would be straight on the job as soon as the new roof panel arrived as the first one he ordered was damaged and no he wasn't messing me about. I received the one and only phone call from his partner 6 weeks from the time he first came out saying if I still wanted the job doing he would do it Saturday morning but Saturday morning came and they didn't turn up and once again no contact just straight through to his voice mail when I tried to phone him to see if he was still coming. Having used this site for a number of years I have to say Boston Windows And Doors are by far the worse I have come across and leaving negative reviews is something I really don't like doing but in this case I feel it is very justified as this company has treated me quite bad. To sum it up I would say if you want a job doing try someone else as Boston Windows And Doors are very unreliable and I’m sorry I can't comment on any work done by this company because despite 6 weeks passing by the job never got done.
