Within a year we have frosty triple gaze windows and I am trying to reach him over phone, email, text messages but no response at all from him to fix our faulty windows. Looks like he has registered a business but accounts are over due for 1297 days as of 23/09/2024. He seems to be working full time Mon-Fri somewhere else and then do this side business on cash in hand. He is not VAT registered neither he is FENSA registered. Beware of him. Don't fall in his trap. I don't want to comment on before installation trauma me and my wife had gone through him but he has been an absolute pain in back. I have never had such troubles in my life. STAY AWAY FROM HIM. HE WILL TRY TO FOOL YOU AND CHEAT YOU. HE LOOKS PROFESSIONAL BUT HE IS NOT. HE SHOWS ENOUGH SKILL IN TALKING BUT HIS INTENSIONS ARE FAST MONEY HOOK OR CROOK. All the windows were cleaned inside and out. There was a slight hitch but was easily overcome with Justin's great work ethic and a smile.
