Sorry I don’t like to leave negative feedback. However, it’s very disappointing to see 5 very long distinct scratches on my brand new wood floor and a hole on my wall he caused after the job (furniture assembling) done. Now I’m very frustrated to have them repaired and it will cost me a lot and time consuming. Furthermore, one of the wardrobe doors is not lined up. I sent pictures to him and was told that he would do something about it, however, I cannot reach him anymore. Very disappointing.

I can highly recommend Sapphire Home Improvement SE. Tony came to give me a great quote on the replacement of my porch door, then came and fitted it once it had been agreed with my insurance company. The work carried out was very prompt, of high quality, and everything was left neat and tidy and the old door and frame was disposed of for me. Tony and his team are lovely and friendly and I'm very pleased I hired them for this job. I will look to hire them in the future when I get round to getting my windows replaced.

Waldi and Raf had to take over from the construction of a walk-in wardrobe from the last guy who was useless. They were meticulous in their work, working a full day (unlike some of the amateurs on here) and they produced some excellent joinery. Their attention to detail over the construction of drawers was second to none. They even took on the painting of the units at the end. And best of all, they did a proper clean-up of the area as there was a lot of dust (some many tradesmen do not know how to do this). I'm not one to be impressed easily, but I was blessed to meet these guys who were polite, punctual and hard working. I hope to have them back. Thank you guys!
