wanted to have window film installed: red flag events on the day in chronological order: 1. arrived 2 hours late 2. advised that film be installed on the outside if the property but it can also be installed inside if i wished to do so. 3. borrowed scissors to cut the film 4. the first tint installed was cut jagged, not straight on the sides revealing light leaks of irregular patterns whilst bottom had a huge gap that they were planning to cover with another sliver of film. this was when i told them to stop what they're doing and not waste anymore of my time. 5. they demanded i pay £20 for their unprofessionalism, which i reluctantly did as i feared for me and my family's safety they used my job as training ground to install film on my windows. good luck to you if use them. We should be protected by MyBuilder from cowboys like these.

Mus and his colleague came when promised and gave a competitive quote. Once the glass was ordered they arrived on time but had unfortunately been given the wrong size glass. This was promptly rectified though not on the same day. Once correct glass was available they quickly and professionally installed it and left a tidy work space with minimal fuss. Many thanks!
