Kyle and Cliff arrived promptly to do a small but awkward job of repointing the chimney. They did an excellent job and were very good value. They are also friendly people who point things out that you will inevitably miss, without the hard sell. They were also tidy and considerate. I would not hesitate to use their services again. In fact, they are quoting for more work !

I refurbish wooden sash windows, including rot repair, using resin, and splicing with new timber. Putty replacement, cords replacement, full decoration and draught-proofing, new locks. Most of my work is for listed buildings and windows in conservation areas where replacing is not allowed. I am a small limited company with a trade name Sashworks. I cover all of Kent and some London areas. I have been doing this for more than 15 years. The windows will be like brand new after the work, regardless of their condition. I make new double glazed wooden sashes as well, mostly from sapele timber.

I'm a 12 year experienced window fitter that's able to fit all types upvc doors and windows with snagging repairs glass unit replacements window boards does your door need toe and heeling because it has dropped? When I Trim windows and doors I fill the outside gaps with expanding foam and silicone then trim over the top then liquid plastic and try not to leave silicone line when it changes colour after few years!

Very responsive and very punctual. Always responded to questions we had via text and turned up exactly when they said they would. Selecting what we wanted was very easy with links they sent and when we wanted to add something later they were very accommodating and sent us more links to what was available. Having the work done was easy as we went away on holiday for the week leaving them the house to themselves. They were very respectful of the property and protected the carpets. The work they carried out was exactly what we were looking for and love our new bathroom. This process was made really pleasant by the guys at Yates Property Services.
