Facundo was the person we dealt with at all times, although someone else was assigned to do the job. The quality of the work and finish is extremely good. I highly recommend this builder. He completed the full refurbishment of both of my flats, including the kitchens, bathrooms, plastering, painting, flooring and all the other work required. The job was professionally managed from start to finish. One thing I really appreciated was that he was able to identify and sort out issues himself without constantly calling me about small things. He is hardworking, reliable and takes responsibility for getting the job done properly. The work had previously been stuck for around 3 months with my old builder, but he completed everything in around 1 month. His prices are also very reasonable considering the amount of work completed. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of the work and his attitude. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a hardworking, reliable and reasonably priced builder.

I hired DS Developments to completely landscape my small front garden. This involved clearing and levelling the area; moving and re-securing a bike shed; laying a patio and lawn; and a number of finishing touches. The area went from somewhat of an embarrassing eye-sore to an area of pride. One that several neighbours have already made compliments about. David provided a professional service from start to finish. His quote was more than I expected, but his knowledge and vision gave me the confidence to select his services. He provided a selection of options and stuck to budget; adapted well to new ideas/suggestions; and informed in advance where the cost would be impacted.
