Hello my name is Ralph Leary. I started Leary Carpentry & Joinery up in 2017. Before that however I did 3 year apprenticeship though an old school carpenter called John Starzacher. Over the years I’ve done all forms of Carpentry work. First fix, second fix, roofing, cabinet making, kitchen fitting, bespoke, etc. I’ve gone around the Devon, Cornwall and London fitting out pubs for a company called trading spaces. Where I make custom/ bespoke items then go out on site and fit. I’m a friendly happy family man who loves spending time with my kids, and takes great pride in my work.

I worked as a foreman where I picked up many other skills such as tiling, dry lining, decorating, plumbing etc. I was a site manager for around 5 years, looking after projects between £10-£2million. For the last 5 years I have worked as a contracts manager for a building company on projects across the UK.
