Luke Hancock is a true craftsman -and very reliable. We would highly recommend him for all your carpentry requirements - he gets 5 stars with ease! - he has just built a log cabin in our garden, from laying the base, building the cabin, advising on the roof and other aspects- and then sourcing and laying a beautiful laminate floor. He is extremely polite, responsive with a real eye for detail - he is also reasonably priced. We will certainly be getting in touch with him again as we understand he also builds bespoke cupboards and furniture! Why look elsewhere?

I can highly recommend Sapphire Home Improvement SE. Tony came to give me a great quote on the replacement of my porch door, then came and fitted it once it had been agreed with my insurance company. The work carried out was very prompt, of high quality, and everything was left neat and tidy and the old door and frame was disposed of for me. Tony and his team are lovely and friendly and I'm very pleased I hired them for this job. I will look to hire them in the future when I get round to getting my windows replaced.

The job was completed to am excellent standard. It exceeded my expectations. The property is tenanted and the process was smooth as he got on touch and arranged access with the tenant independently, working around the availability. It was trickier that expected so the price went up a bit from the original quote but it requires two days of work instead of one. He attended the property twice even before doing the work to understand the scope of work (didn't quote blindly over the phone). The job carried out is a full insulation of a built-in cupboard which before creates damp and mould, tenant is very happy with the solution. Comes with a 1year warranty. Extremely polite, reliable and clean.
