Started own business in a partnership deal in 2008 with long time friend who had been working as a soul trader for 6 years. We are now trading under the name of Orange Grove Construction and in this present climate have been very busy with continuous work ranging from extensions to renovating/loft conversions, kitchen fitting, bathroom fitting, wall and floor tiling, plastering and rendering, U.P.V.C, basement conversions, conservotories, fencing, garden walls, patio laying, fascia and soffits and guttering. When we set out, we only advertised for one month to pick up work, the rest of the work came in from word of mouth.

Dave Phillips was brilliant. Friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. He converted our garage into living space, always solving the small problems builders face as they make progress. He has a really good network of reliable specialists for electrical, plastering...etc, all of whom he has known for decades. A perfect example of excellent small business. I have already recommended him to our friends and family, as a result he has lots of new business keeping him busy. Our friend's house needed full refurb, some very serious work, and Dave was available on the phone 24/7 when not at their house. As soon as we can afford to do more work on the house, Dave will be our first choice builder, in fact, we will wait until he is available to do any future work on our property.
