Job done promptly and within the budget required. The window was put in place so quickly I didn’t have a chance to wipe the dust of it before it went in! Would suggest the fitter carries a cloth with him to wipe fingerprints and bits off the window before installation but really a small thing considering. Overall very happy with the job done. Thanks.

Daniel and the guy working with him (i dont know his name unfortunately) were fantastic. Not only was the work carried out to a high standard but the kindness, friendliness and professionalism of these two made my 70 year old mother feel at ease. We are a female only household and felt very safe and comfortable with them working in our house. The communication was outstanding with fast responses via messaging/phone calls and were accommodating to my millions of questions! They were also very clean. They worked on our bathroom and ensured everything was vacuumed at the end of each day and our hallway and stairs covered to avoid our floor/carpet from getting dirty. They also went above and beyond by arranging a porta cabin for us whilst they worked on our toilet and even got extra men in to lift the porta cabin over our fence. They always came on time 8:30 am and left at 5:30 and came everyday until the work was completed. Do not hesitate to do any work with them.

What I liked about Conrad was his honesty and ingenuity. He investigated thoroughly where the leak was coming from, and then did an excellent job fixing it, and also making sure any repairs blended well with the existing rendering and wood above the window. He charged me a fair price and was tidy. Would recommend.

Ty did a great job for us. He turned up for the site visit as arranged and on time and provided a comprehensive quote, including various options, which we then discussed. In all of our communications, he was very responsive and also very constructive: suggesting different cost effective alternatives for our broken cupboard doors for example. The main job was the replacement of an outside door and frame but he was very happy to get some other smaller bits and pieces sorted when he was with us: much appreciated. When he came to do the work he was again on time and very efficient. We are really pleased with the quality of the finished product and have nothing but positive things to say about his professional demeanour and tidy working. Thank you.

We decided to reach out to Victorian Sash Windows a few months back, to have all windows in our Victorian house In Islington replaced with Timber Sash Windows as our current windows were non original uPVC windows which looked unsightly. We was blown away not only by the level of customer service we received throughout the process, but the craftsmanship and attention to detail put into every window. Before measuring up all the frames we was given a full consultation covering every aspect of what we was looking for and the options available. Matthew the Surveyor was very sensitive to the details and character our property had and has restored them perfectly. Unfortunately due to a busy work schedule I was unable to oversee the instalment process, but this wasn’t an issue. I was given frequent updates and feedback whenever needed and kept in constant contact with Victorian Sash Windows throughout making the hole process easy and stress free. Before completion I was given the chance to sign off every window with Matthew to insure I was happy with the level of craftsmanship, needless to say each window was perfect. We weren’t much concerned with the added heat and sound insulation benefits but these were certainly noticeable upgrading to planitherm double glazed comfort units. I have since recommended Victorian Sash Windows to friends and family and they have revived the same level of customer service and quality of work throughout. A brilliant company with dedicated staff, I couldn’t be happier.
