On 12th June we negotiated the price and he informed me he can start the job on 3rd July which I accept it. Then he wanted 50% of the cost in advance which I have refused and he said he is trying to get a credit from selco and he will let me know later on. I messaged him again to confirm his attendance but he said he is on holiday and no more words. On 2nd July I messaged him to confirm again but didn't replied and on 3rd July he messaged and said his got another job and he couldn't get a credit and he is not coming. He stood me up for 3 weeks and even had no decency to let me know earlier. I refused another carpenter because of him. Be aware of this man as I believe he is not trustworthy, carelessness and inhuman. Most trade man will do the job and send the invoice and then ask for money. I am sure he is a con man and perhaps after getting the money in advance not turning on. Don't trust him and never give money in advance.

Mu and his team were great. Mu came round for an initial quote where he was professional and a decent cost vs other options. He and his team were really helpful with picking out items that would work in my bathroom and kitchen, organised deliveries whilst I was working and installed perfectly! They proactively thought about all the little details to make my new bathroom look lovely and went above and beyond to get everything done; it was efficient and really well done. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him again in the future.

I hired this team to fix some windows and install garage doors. Atom and Lee both came to view the job and confirmed they were able to complete it. Atom received a deposit for the windows, and Lee was supposed to carry out the work. Unfortunately, Lee cancelled numerous times, and on the few occasions he did attend (only three), very little was actually done. To his credit, Atom refunded most of the money paid for the window job. However, when it came to the garage doors, Lee received £200 as a deposit for the work and an additional £170 for parts—but he never came back to do the job and never refunded any of the money he received. Stay away from this company.
