The work was done at the highest professional level. Bartek took into account the client's opinion at all stages of the work. A full bathroom renovation was carried out with the dismantling of old plumbing, elimination of leakage, installation of new plumbing and laying of tiles on the walls and floor. Very pleased with our new sliding patio door. Alan came out promptly upon me making enquiries. I received a quote that week through the post with a pack outlining everyone that was allowed for in detail and reviews so I felt confident accepting the quote. Not long after accepting a measure was taken and soon after Davie with his install team came and fitted for me over 2 days with minimal disruption and kept me up to date before and during the process. All in all a pain free and professional service and very pleased with the quality and finish. Would recommend and contact again for any further work required.

Needed some bespoke pieces of living room furniture/cabinets made. Its fair to say we are very, very happy with the end result. We had a overlying idea of what we wanted but Jim's professionalism was able to apply the little bits/advice to the designs that made the difference. The workmanship and attention to detail you cannot fault, the efforts to source the right materials and finishing ensured the final work looked great. Jim was always around or on the phone when we needed to speak to him, and when the team arrived to fit all were very knowledgeable, respectful and wanted to ensure a good job was completed. Inviting somebody new to make some major changes into your home is a big step, but I have a big belief that when I employ somebody it is through trust and ability, and I am glad to say all our beliefs and instincts were 110% correct. I would not hesitate to ask Jim and his Finesse team to do other works for me, along with his wider network of trade contacts, they would be welcomed back with a knowledge and certainty that a cracking and professional job would be done. There are a lot of decent companies & skilled individuals in the industry, but you wouldn't do yourself any harm in contacting Finesse Joinery if you need any works doing. Highly Recommended from myself & my wife.....
