Hm building &Maintenance save the day.so i had a company pay all my invoice for job to be completed week last was let down they rebook for Monday no one turn up so I cancel the job ask for a refund.procheck stay away from them there in Ilford. I post my job here hm contacted lovely man Melvin came around look the job ,he knew exactly what I wanted hmo licensing compliance job done.he said I would get a quote later same day.i received one next day ,I when ahead with the job he contacted me ask if u wanted it done yesterday i said yes.he when to my property and got the job done send photos. I when few hours check the job.im so happy with the job and he clean up after.i will definitely use him again.thank you again Melvin.

I would highly recommend Simon. He fitted my new kitchen worktop beautifully in a difficult not straight space. He was very careful of the property and his price was very fair. He also went the extra mile to make sure everything was finished perfectly. Am sure he will be booked up 6 months in advance by the next time I need a carpenter, but would have no hesitation in recommending him for your job.
